My A3 Rucksack buckle snapped. Is that covered under warranty?Updated 3 months ago

It depends on how it happened. If the buckle failed during normal use, that is a manufacturing defect and it is absolutely covered. We will sort it out, no questions asked.

If the buckle was stepped on, caught in a car door, or subjected to external force, that falls outside our warranty. Hardware is tough, but it has its limits.
